The popularity of mini loaders has increased significantly in recent years. Increasing workloads and fewer available workers are forcing even smaller companies to carry out physically demanding work with horsepower instead of muscle power. In times when people have to work until the age of 67, the mini loader becomes an indispensable helper.
With many application options and a range of different tires, the mini loader can be individually tailored to the user’s needs. The mini loaders from Worky Quad are a small revolution for the most diverse needs for operating in confined spaces in agriculture, animal husbandry, construction and landscaping. Thanks to the interchangeability of many attachments, the devices can work with extreme ease and simplicity.
Worky Quad is a brand of Cast Group GmbH. The Italian company is one of the leading manufacturers in the field of self-propelled work machines, specializing in the production of articulated loaders and mini loaders. The globally active company is based in Mirano near Venice.

Impressions
The Worky Quad mini loader is available in several versions. In addition to 4 gasoline models with Honda engines, two diesel versions and two electric mini loader versions are offered. The diesel model is also available with remote control as an option. The engine, tank and 240 Ah traction battery have been positioned in the well-balanced and very robust steel frame so that the operator can use the entire surface of the running board. Although the length of all Worky Quad mini loaders up to the coupling plate is only 1,525 mm, a lifting height of over 2,000 mm is achieved. The working width starts at 740 mm. Thanks to the “zero turn” option and its compact dimensions, the Worky-Quad mini loader is the ideal partner for all jobs where power and maneuverability are required. Due to its small size, this mini loader can be maneuvered through doors, gates and narrow passages with ease.
The Worky Quad mini loader is available with chain drive or as a four-wheel version operated by four wheel hub motors. Worky Quad also offers a range of different types of tyres and attachments, to create the optimal individual machine for every field of use.
The function of the mast is designed in such a way that the pallet fork or other tools always remain horizontally aligned when lifting and lowering. All bearings are fitted with grease nipples. With all Worky Quad mini loaders, additional weights can be integrated and/or attached to the side without making the mini loader longer or wider. All Worky Quad mini loaders are equipped with an electric starter as standard. Comfortable riding position with soft side padding. All operating levers are arranged centrally and can therefore be reached without having to reach around.
A new tracked version has recently been added to the Worky-Quad range. Workytrax (WX) is available in the WX 15D Remote and WX 22 models as well as the emission-free WX ECO machine. Practicality, robustness and maneuverability make the WORKYTRAX an excellent and versatile machine, capable of juggling any type and condition of terrain.
