FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

The choice of the right motorized wheelbarrow depends on various factors, such as the weight of the material to be transported, the location of the construction site (e.g. in a residential area or indoors), the condition of the ground (whether flat or uneven) and the size of the trough that is required. Electric or hydraulic tipping can also be an important criterion, depending on how comfortable and efficient you want to use the device in your everyday work. Muck-Truck offers a variety of models that are tailored to different requirements. We are happy to advise you on which model is best suited to your specific application so that you can find the perfect motorized wheelbarrow for your needs.

The price of a Muck Truck is justified by the high quality and durability of the device. Muck Trucks are professional devices that were specially developed for commercial use and therefore offer significantly greater robustness and reliability than cheaper models. With a cheap mini dumper, you may save money in the short term, but in the long term you will incur higher costs due to repairs and more frequent replacements. Muck Trucks offer you reliable performance for years, even under difficult conditions, which makes the investment worthwhile in the long term. Of course, it always depends on your individual requirements and operating conditions whether investing in a Muck Truck is worthwhile for you. But especially if you are looking for a durable, powerful and low-maintenance device, the Muck Truck is definitely a worthwhile choice.

You can get spare parts for your Muck-Truck mini dumper from our nationwide dealer network, which is managed by Weber Baumaschinen und Fahrzeuge GmbH. Many of our dealers not only offer spare parts, but also maintenance and repair services. If you have any questions or need support, we are of course available to you directly and will take care of the spare parts you need as well as all other services for your motorized wheelbarrow.

To adjust the brakes on the motorized wheelbarrow, the gear lever must be set to “N”. Make sure that the air pressure in all six wheels is “2.1” bar and that the coil spring of the brake lever has the original length (78.5 mm). The brake pads should be at least 4 mm thick and the brake disc at least 3.8 mm thick, without blue coloring (no burnout). The machine is difficult to push because the wheels are connected to each other. It may only be driven with the red lever operated, otherwise it could burn out. To adjust the brakes: Close the fuel tap, lift the machine and turn the M8 nut clockwise in ¼ turn increments. After each adjustment, test whether the machine can be pushed without operating the red lever. If the machine cannot be pushed, tighten the nut further until the lever is operated and the machine rolls again. If the machine cannot be pushed despite operating the red lever, the brake is set too tightly. Loosen the nut in ¼ turn increments until the machine can be pushed and test whether it stops when the lever is released. Make sure that the red lever touches the handle tube when operated to avoid damage caused by unnecessary pressure. It is important that the motor and transmission always have enough power to move the machine despite the braking effect.
