KehrFix block brooms are a clever alternative to rotating sweepers. Whether loose or stuck dirt, grit, mud or liquid manure, on level or uneven surfaces (e.g. cobblestones) and even for sweeping in gravel and sand as well as for sweeping snow, the KehrFix block brooms are suitable.
KehrFix block brooms are maintenance-free, robust and easy to clean. There are no rotating or moving parts, drive belts or drive chains. Hydraulics, PTO or electrics are not required. An extensive range of mounting adapters enables quick and easy attachment of the KehrFix to a wide variety of carrier vehicles
The noise and dust development during work is very low. Waste, stalks, strings or animal hair do not get wrapped up. The service life of the sweeping bristles made from recycled material (1,200 km on asphalt) means that replacement bristle costs for KehrFix block brooms are approx. 4 times lower than for rotating sweeping systems. If they need to be replaced, this can be done in just a few simple steps.
KehrFix block brooms are available in various widths from 1.25 m to 4.00 m and with 6 – 20 rows of bristles. Special sizes can be produced on request. The maintenance-free and universally applicable KehrFix block brooms are better protected against corrosion and chemical influences thanks to full galvanization. The service life is increased.
The absence of any rotating parts is a contribution to improving health and safety at work. And it’s not just the significantly lower dust generation that is a pleasant side effect of the KehrFix.
The KehrFix block brooms are constantly being developed further. Based on practical findings and new areas of application, customer suggestions and wishes are incorporated into the development work.

This version was specially developed for biogas plants and successfully added to the overall range of KehrFix push brooms.
In this KehrFix version, only the first 7 and last 7 rows of bristles are equipped. The middle 6 rows of bristles remain free. This significantly reduces the inherent rotation of the fine dust particles. These push brooms are ideal for processing particularly large areas.
